Design and Build a Web-Based Digital Warung Application Using Payment Gateway (Sambas State Polytechnic Case Study)

Abstract

Sambas State Polytechnic is one of the universities in Sambas District. The university has entrepreneurship courses in each study program, one of which is the Food Agroindustry Study Program. A form of entrepreneurial Activity for students of the Food Agroindustry Study Program is selling various kinds of products, be it food products, drinks, and so on. The sales media used are still conventional, that is, customers have to come to their tavern to buy the products, and transaction process are still carried out conventionally, where sellers and buyers meet directly so that customers who are far from the stall where they sell their products will experience difficulties when making transactions because they have to come to the tavern to make payments. Therefore, a responsive website-based sales application is needed on several types of PC, mobile and tablet devices in order to get fast information about the products sold by sellers, maximize product sales profits, set new sales strategies to attract lots of customers, expand Brand branding and transaction activities are digital, and can make monitoring processes easier in the future.
